Handling Rejection (from Journals)
Just received my first (of many, I'm sure) rejection from a journal.
It's one thing to know that the odds are against you. It's another to see the actual rejection letter. Perhaps more than ever, one of the key skills of the academy is handling rejection.
Found a couple of articles that I thought were helpful.

This is more suitable for those in the philosophy departments but the general comments seem applicable for those of us in the other fields of social science.
